Preserved in Amber – Woven Copper Contemporary Abstract Art

This piece is 18″ by 30″. 1″, 1.5″, 2″ and 3″ copper and aluminum strips are woven so that the image transfer of an original digital painting only moves ink to the high points.  This makes an abstract of an abstract and is completely random. I love to see what comes out as the transfer sheet is pulled away! They are then covered with resin.
